Job Description Roles & Responsibilities · Ability to provide mechanical maintenance and breakdowns troubleshoot for all kinds of machines on beverage lines. · Ability to operate and make full overhaul for beverage lines, pneumatic circuits, and mechanical moving parts. · Very good knowledge beverage lines machine (Sidel or KHS or Krones lines) and thorough knowledge in Injection machines. · Must have basic knowledge of electricity. · Plan and estimate mechanical jobs. · Responsible for directing preventive/predictive maintenance programs designed to reduce unscheduled downtime (maximize equipment availability) downtime (maximize equipment availability to extend equipment life. · Ability to identify mechanical spare parts requirements for all line machines · Determine procedures for maintenance, installation, modification, and repair of mechanical assignments. Provide basic training for all machines operators.
